Currently we have a mixed flock of Australorps. We still haven't sexed these birds, they are almost 4 weeks and hopefully we will have an idea in the next few weeks!
Scheduled to arrive at the farm on October 13th are 25 Cornish X's. These are tasty meat birds bred specifically to have a larger breast with more meat. These will grow to be about 4lbs and should be put in the freezer at about 8-weeks for the best flavor and tenderness. These birds are $10 each at 8-weeks old or $5 each the week of October 13th.
