We are located in Los Alamos County. For our Santa Fe & Albuquerque customers we will deliver for a fee and deliveries days only happen once a week. A 50% deposit is required to hold your animal. If a deposit is not made, it will go to the next person on the waiting list. We accept cash, in-state checks, and can do pay-pal (please add $2 to cover pay-pal fees).
With the sale of each animal, you will receive a care sheet as well as a small supply of the current food we are using to help the animal transition in it's new environment. We are always available to answer questions by e-mail or phone (within reasonable hours). If you suspect an emergency, please remember that we are not vets, we can offer our advice, but ultimately it is your decision and we will not be held responsible for sickness or death of an animal that should have been treated by an animal medical professional.
We *love* field trips. If you have a daycare, preschool, 4-H, scouting, or other youth group interested in animals and how to care for them, please contact us to schedule a field trip. We will do this free of charge and provide a question answer time and allow the kids to feed the animals...supervised of course!
